Waterbury;s HFT?

I am a little confused as to a good time to use the program. I am about to enter a bulking phase of my training and I have had some people tell me that HFT is not the way to go. Some thoughts or direction would be appreciated. Is it just a matter of enough food intake? For some background i currently use total body routines and love it, but I am just not sure if it is the proper format for bulking.

Make sure your training background fits whatever the author recommends. Also the dietary guidelines are probably more important than everything else. I haven’t tried to train like that but I’ve been a high frequency freak for the past several years. It produces the fastest results, period, but food must be abundant every single day of the week, religiously. Slack off on nutrition and you’re fucked - immediately, that has been my experience with high frequency training.

It is a genius program for me. It allows for all kinds of tweak and has worked like gang busters. I’ve put on 12 lbs of muscle with no appreciable change in diet. I am trying to cut down now, I got jacked. I’d say give it a shot.

What did you do for workout nutrition on the 2x/day routine?
