The only consistent female in my life, this Jenny!

This is the present we got ahving been assured that our cats were both boys…

This one must have had narcolepsy, it was forever falling asleep in the strangest places.

This one was impersonating French people, check the mustache.

This is Echo, our 1.5 year old golden retriever who has a HYOOOOGE amount of energy to burn and loves to horseplay or run outside at any time of the day. I trained him myself and I took this picture in our backyard. He’s pretty much the biggest puppy ever.
My dog. Got her from the poound 3 years ago. She is the best. She is an American Staffordshire Terrier. People who meet her and hear my “pit bull primer” look at the breed differently. People always say they didn’t know pit bulls could be so sweet.

I need to resurrect this thread. This is Manny as a kitten from 2005.
We lost Mr. Man this morning, after a short bout with either cytauxzoonosis or F.I.P… Both are rapid-onset diseases; we didn’t even know he was sick until Sunday night.
I really miss my little man. It hurts a lot because of the suddenness. We took him to the vet on Monday morning and he was gone by this morning.
I’ve tried working, listening to music, posting on here, but I just can’t stop thinking my little Manny.

I always used to ask Manny “Are you happy, Mr. Man!” Eventually, he learned what I was asking, and he’d give me a meow if he was happy, and a little chirp if he’d had a rough day.
He had a wonderful life. He loved playing in the woods behind his house, where he had lots of room to roam and other animals to interact with. He liked playing on the stairs when he was inside, and we’d often find him asleep on them after wearing himself out, like in the picture.
That picture was taken last March, when Manny turned 3.
I remember carrying him home when he was a kitten, how he hated snow, and loved to sleep out under the trees during the afternoon. He loved bacon grease and eggs, but didn’t like smoked ribs. I remember how we’d feed him leftover fried chicken, and then we’d find little bones scattered all over the kitchen floor, with little Man asleep in the dining room.
I remember how he played with his stuffed buffalo and little pink mouse as a kitten. I remember watching him grow up into a strong, powerful adult cat.
I can’t stand being home right now, as everywhere I look brings a memory of my little man, and I’m struggling.
He was a happy, content little cat without a care in the world. He answered me far often with his little meow than his chirp. I know now that he’s happy, wherever he is.
I love you, Mr. Fuzzy.
Wait for me, little man, and I know I’ll see you again someday.

Thank you. I didn’t realize just how much I loved the little stinker until he was gone.

There’s Manny again as a kitten in 2005.
