And the bench shirt is by far the most difficult piece of gear to learn. And every damn one of them is different. You’ll get there with it. It just takes time.

On family vacation right now, making use of a computer in hotel to answer a mountain of emails and slog through a bajillion “do not reply” emails from TNation…those things seriously get sent way too much.
All I am doing while I am here is mentally resting and preparing, walking on the treadmill and making use of the meager “fitness center” to stay loose, limber, heal up some sore spots, and mentally recharge for the meet.

Greg - It was good, nice to get away and mentally recharge for a few days. Weather was amazing out there. Didnt make it to that restaurant, guess I will just have to visit again sometime
ME Lower LoLs.
Last heavy lower day till the meet (not counting workin to opener on saturday). Was a meh day, long day before getting into the gym, felt shaky most of the lifts. Squatted, and worked up to 615x1 for a 10lb pr, then stupidly went for 635 and had to dump it, ouch. Let my pride get the best of me. The walkout was bad, and I should have just re racked it, ah well, lesson learned. After squatting, just did some light stuff. Will do core tomorrow.

Felt thrashed today. Did core I didnt do yesterday along with some chinups, fat man pullups, and tons of stretching with some treadmill at the end. Also taught a kid to deadlift. That was cool.
