hlss - I dunno bout the strongest, but thanks anyway. I am home for the summer and right now my schedule is work and train. This fall, I will have an odd training schedule cause my classes are at very different times, I have not really looked too hard at it yet.

lilpower - took your advice and did bench today, will do pulling friday or saturday, and just consider what I did on monday in just the briefs as an indicator for opener

elmore - not totally sure yet, have been advised to open light, so maybe 85-90% of current solid 1RM

Back n wut?

Started doing back today, there was a spot on my upper right back (some muscle that starts with an “s”) that has been a little sore since dumping the squat on monday, well today it decided to go bat crap crazy. Started spasming really bad, hurt to stand upright. My dad (a M.D.) looked at it, felt it and had me try some stuff, and sent me home to a heating pad and advil. joy. Just another day.

Feeling better today, finally able to stand upright. Got into the gym, did a lot of stretching, some light shoulder work, and some high rep back to get a pumpz going/blood into the area.
