wow really putting those earrings to work aren’t we? One of my training partners cut down a 30 ft bamboo (tree?) made a bar, really ended up being a fat bar and we hung kbs from it today, wow talk about killing the shoulders…it was crazy the way they were shaking.

lil power - yes mam, I dont have access to chains, so the earrings are the next best thing, and I have already found that when benching with them my upper body has to work much, much harder.
