The Southern Domination

Why don’t you ask that dude to not spot like that, or if he’s the only one in there and he’s unwilling just lighten the load a bit and fly solo? That “spotting technique” would drive me nuts.

I agree ! That would totally throw me off.

Awesome pressing though DF!

PeteS - yes sir, will work on that

Ink - if you just sit and listen long enough, he will say the most ridiculous stuff

kpsnap - impossible, you are at most 34, and looking lovelier all the time. It is intentional, I am trying to imitate the dip that Brian Carroll does, and comes to an almost complete stop, then dips

WhiteFlash - I always remind him, but its just his way. As for lightening the load and flying solo, it was a max effort day, so going heavy was the point. The only two sets he spotted me on are the two on video, everything else was solo

Spock - yeah, what can you do though, and thank you I appreciate that

Ink - surprisingly true man, on tuesday and thursday afternoons I am practically the only person in the gym other than OMS and his clients

The RHINO…what a damn monster

Nice squattin Dixie. Because of you and Ink i tried out the squats with hanging quarters and it is tougher than expected, expecially the walkout. The acually squatting part wasn’t too difficult but the the walkout certainly was.

*2 the Rhino is a beast

So yeah I am going to start adding deficit pulls to my routine, do you think just standing on a regular plate is deficity enough? I don’t really know what else to use.

Jelly of the fact that you get the weight room to yourself.

You charmer, you.

A really easy way to pull deficits is to just use 25-lb. plates as your largest.

Heracles - told you

Spock - check your log

Patch - forever alone is the way to be…soemtimes

Kpsnap - no charmer, just a truthful gentleman

HAHA! I was wondering the same thing.

I like your no excuses way, but I do hope things start to even out a bit for you.

GVela - every day is recovery day

chol - haha I label the videos what they are. Thank you, school is just heating up and the job hunt is getting frustrating, but its all good, as Aesop Rock said, “Life isnt a b*tch, shes a beautiful woman”

Damn dude. First handoff, and walk away. Second, the OMS everyone loves. Third…WHAT THE FUCK?! Shitty handoff, then grab the bar as a brace for him to get down, then get back up…good LAWD bro, how DO you train sometimes…

Loving those earrings man. Now to incorporate them in a paused deadlift…or a GM?

Earrings on GM’s?!?! That sounds cray!

Nice work DF, even with the crappy handoffs!

that was a tandem bench/rack pull. good team work.

Ink - the gauntlet has been thrown, now must try in a GM

Pb - thanks man

GVela - get out ese, you aint welcome

hahahah
