Srsly though, for the record, I used the bosu ball like a box, made it more difficult because I couldnt just sit down on it, but I could sink into it then have to work harder to fire up.

Did you ever read that article about his pre meet car accident or something, and he squatted a PR with a torn hamstring?
He missed his first attempt and then he said to add weight to it and he made the lift, then made the following lift with even MORE weight.
He’s just as humble as fuck though. I mean everyone was like YOU CRAZY, WHY YOU ADDING WEIGHT?! You missed the lift?! You have a torn hamstring?! You were just in a CAR ACCIDENT. But he was all, eh, ya… add some weight, whatever.

Had the makings for a great night, still went well, but fell a bit short of my goal. Maxed out 2 board, goal was 405, almost had it, was grindin through my weak point (right off 2 board, height coincidence?), and the spotter wrapped his hands and applied pressure. I flew through the lockout on my own, but he pulled at the weak point. crudddddddd. Next time, it will be clean.
