Good day today. Still getting over the stomach funk, but was able to get a 20lb PR tonight. Check out the lulz worthy manner in which I got the plates to stay on the bar. Apparently the bar here is shorter than my bar in Jackson, cause I set the bands up the same way but ran out of room on the bar.

Smoooooth pull man, nice work. LOL @ duct taping plates on. I remember a vid in Alpha’s old log where he taped a whole bunch of plates onto the bar, and when he put the bar back down, the tape broke and plates fell everywhere. 'Twas awesome. I’ve actually tied (because I was out of tape) DB’s to the bar before, lol.

I used reverse bands last night and loved them.

How many weeks are you using them? What do you think of 2 weeks with bands, off week from big 3, then a raw week,

We went from 3 sets of 5 pulling against bands and 2 sets of 5 reverse

Is that a good system you think?

How do you set yours up, if not by feel? I want to use bands to warmp up the big lifts before our PM superhero sessions from now on.
