Just want to give a shout out to my boy GVela, he had a meet today back in Arkansas.
He totaled 1575 raw, with a 600lb squat (PR), a 415lb bench (tying a gym PR), and a 560lb deadlift.
He tweaked his back on the squat pr, which meant that he did the 415lb bench without any arch, and pulled 560lb with a back that wouldnt work.

HMM okay question.
You’re doing these on that incline board thingie, right?? So how far back to do you go/where do you hold the weight? I saw one dude go back all the way and lie there for a second and then do a sit up and I see some people go back half way. I never know which is less dumb.
AND I noticed where you hold the weight completely changes how it feels.

Got bad outta groove, weight started comin down, spotter grabbed it, no worries it happens, but then he inexplicably just let go of the bar!..meaning I still had to lock it out myself.
