My thoughts are with your buddy. I had an accident while babysitting my 21 month old neice this summer. I was in the pool near her, she was playing in the stairs like she’s been doing all summer when she fell in. Thank God I was an arms length away and literally lifted her out of the water with one arm (yeah muscles!). She was totally fine and ready for more pool time but Auntie needed a time out. I can still see her fighting the water. It was like time stood still, literally.

How do you like the reverse band press? I did ME bench against bands on Monday and it was brutal. What’re you weighing nowadays? Tearing shit up in here boss.

Adam and White Flash - I like reverse band for all three lifts because it mentally trains you to handle heavier weights, it over loads your lockout, reverse squat helps you with walking out heavy weights, reverse bench gives your shoulders a break, and reverse band deadlift gives your grip one heck of a workout. - WF - I am hovering between 270-275

nlmain - It is an experience I pray I never experience

Did front squats for the first time in ages. Weaksauce. I will do these for reps for a few weeks. Right knee started killin me during the reppin sets, according to my dad its my infrapattellar tendon (spelling?). Had to wrap my knee to do leg press, WEAAAAAAK. Anywho.

Have you given knee sleeves a try? I know a good deal of people that use them and they work. I’m looking into getting some myself.
