I’m gonna do a couple weeks of floor press on heavy bench day. As of today, due to my shoulder, all my previous bests are reset, so from here on out we are workin from the bottom up. Worked up to a max tonight, then did some lower sets.

I would very very strongly recommend some knee sleeves, they are amazing for any kind of knee injury/recovery, I love my Blue rehbands and if you’ve got the cash shelling out for them is completely worth it.

I just have the cheap slip on ones you can get anywhere but they feel great. It might be worth it to grab some so you don’t have to do the whole wrap thing for everything. Just slip one on and proceed to demolish weights like their Osama Bin Ladena face.

Deadlifts and Hamstrings
Reset the coan phillipi routine with my raw max, so this was week 1, stupid light stuff. Anywho, did my sets, then did heavy reverse band singles, missed 685 at lockout, knees locked, hips locked, but couldnt get my upper back unrounded, so to speak, so like an upside down “J?”
Any input on upper back strength for pulling?
