Edit: Gotta question re: sumo pulling. I was trying sumo stance rack pulls, and about fell over backwards at the top of each rep. Think I’m standing too close/far to/from the bar, or am I just mildly retarded? I’ve never been off balance sumo pulling from the floor

Deadlift and who knows

After tonight, decided to take a while off from geared deadlifting, strained my inner thigh a bit. Wrapped it up and it felt great on raw conventional cause of the angle I guess. Set some rep PRs of sorts on other stuff. Boom.

Thigh felt pretty good in the briefs tonight, ended up doin a few heavy sets of box squats with a wider stance than normal, felt really good doin that again. Forgot the gym closed early on fridays (got there late tonight) so I just did some hamstrings after squats, I’ll do core tomorrow with back and biceps.
