My chest is still smoked from my “DF Impression” of flys before pressing. It’s crazy, because that was all I did for chest, and it’s still wicked sore! Will it help me get huge and bench 400 like you?

Ink - I dunno if it will help with brute strength, but I will definitely cause your chest to get bigger, so in the long run it can help. For some good hip hop that can double as good lifting stuff, check out “Army of the Pharaohs.” Ill post a good AOTP song for you on here.

Wanted to do something heavy, was gettin bored with swoley land fun, so I did reverse band bench tonight. Went well, the bands helped keep my shoulder in one piece, and showed me that my lockout needs work.
