MiM - It felt dirty…jk, I have used a smith machine for military before, I like it because (on a vertical smith machine) you can really overload your shoulders without pain (which for me is a problem).

No training today. Back is almost completely better, only catches during certain movements, but fever, chills, etc wont go away. Fever of 101.8 as I right this, so thats that.

This is just gonna make the story on saturday more awesome.

Openers are practically set for squat and bench (give or take 10 pounds), and set in stone for deadlift.
