What I see when I read your threads is someone who trains very hard and intelligently, who knows a lot of good stuff, and who is very clever and funny.
Take care, Skid. Can’t get along without you.
I couldn’t stand it. The voices were saying, “Yer a pussy. Yer a pussy. Yer a pussy!”
So I went and did enough to shut them up.*
1 arm DB row
75x10
125 2x8
105 3x10
Muscle Clean and Push Press
115 3x8
That’s today’s assistance work. I’ll hit arms, abs and hyper-ex tomorrow sometime. Still feel like the bottom of an wet ashtray though. More water needed, I think.
*Note - For you literalists: I don’t really hear voices. That’s a comedic device. The pills the doctor gave me keeps them away, anyway.

Now, just step back into the niiiiiice padded room… Sloowwly… There ya go…
WOW!!!
You need to eat. Your abs don’t have enough insulation. Thus creating voices. I’m praying for you butI don’t think it will help.

I’ll second that, maybe you should try that under-water benching stuff I saw earlier, mix things up a bit???

Well the dogs are back. Owner couldn’t find a home for them right away so my wife said we’d take the cute little doggies.
We had a little walk.
Got a hell of a rear delt workout getting the little buggers to heel, pulling the leashes so they had to stay level with me. Can’t abide canines that think they are taking their masters for a walk.
The younger one thinks she’s in charge so we had a little talk in doggie language. I flipped her over on her back and lightly grabbed her windpipe with my fingertips, mimicking teeth - you know, like the Dog Whisperer. Applied pressure till she quit kicking and went limp - a sign of acquiescing to a stronger dog.
Now I gotta figger where to dig the hole…
My dog training techniques need some practice, I think.
Just kidding, just kidding.

Nope, no alcohol - I just forget to drink water for days at a time while eating a lot of protein and drinking coffee. Eventually my liver just throws up it’s hands and makes me nauseous by refusing to try and detoxify my blood any longer…since I won’t cooperate and give it what it needs to do it’s job.
Stupid, I know. But it keeps me ripped, brah!

I see a internet and workout addict. I think you may need help. A 12 step program should do the trick.

I’ll have you know that I can stop any time I want to.
Probably.
I think.

Sure, sure - you’re doing well for a skinny internet and weight training addict who thinks he might be able to stop at any time but can’t see any real reason to stop…
Anyone else want to pile on?
