Haven’t been outside this forum except to the war room in a long time. Nice power rack. I use to live in Vacaville when I was stationed at Travis AFB. [/quote]
I have read others but stay mainly within this forum! I use to live in Sacramento, was stationed at Beale AFB, Ca… visited Travis AFB several times - that was the hospital that cut out my right radial head and never placed a pin or any support for the radial bone so over the years it has moved towards the elbow - hence, bringing my right hand into the ulna bone at the wrist and breaking my right wrist almost everyday! Will never forget Travis…!! thanx for bringing up a bad memory…!lol… just kidding… its a fact of life… no hard feelings, just keep living and trying to do my best with what I have to live with!
a 32 inch waist, wow, one day I hope to have one… I just got mine down to a 40 incher, am aiming for a 34 – dream of a 32, LOL…
Sweet rack pull, dude, loved the floor face presses…
To blow out my triceps I like to chow down on the bench, then rush to dips! oh yeah, dont think I would trust my tris with face presses after the bench,LOL… I would end up looking like a pug!!
So we got my friend moved into his new apartment with his family. He had to find a home for his dogs and couldn’t keep them in his new apartment, so I said I’d watch them. They are small and black, short haired very cute terrier type dogs. Alert little pointers.
So…
They eat like wolves, they apparently don’t sleep more than 15 minutes at a time. They whined constantly for their family and barked at the wind outside. They got up on the table looking for MORE food after I fed them two full cows livers each as large as one of the dogs. They got up there this morning and scarfed down some butter left out at breakfast while we weren’t looking. They pissed and crapped on my rugs AFTER I took them for a walk and for two 10-lb dogs they have enough pulling power to hold back a Cessna.
Their owner picked them up this morning. I miss them now.

I’m dreaming of a real 32 too (not just a “size 32” but really a lot larger pair of pants type 32" waist).

Just read your new thread, I’ve been elsewhere mentally for a while. Good luck on this year’s goals. All are pretty respectable, the 550 deadlift will be damn impressive when you get it. The only people I’ve actually seen do more were college aged and heavily into pharmaceuticals.
I’ve been re-reading my thread (I also like to stare at myself in the mirror…although I have to wipe away the lip prints every so often so I can see myself again) and I’ve come to the necessary conclusion that there are two me’s who write here.
I’m not sure I like either of those guys.
Oh my elbows feelin’ great. Oh my elbows too hurt to train it. Geez.
