Haven’t seen this behavior from the system for a while: The super delay and backpedaling on posts. Here again and gone again. Must be some code changes happening.

I,skidmark, the handsome/brave/intelligent/underweight, am now posting as the Charming Albino (DaCharmingAlbino - because usernames can only be 16 characters). I expect to start many internet arguments wherein I chime in support for myself as skidmark or vice versa.
I had hoped not to need to create a second account and keep all my profile settings, but changing usernames does not seem to be a functional capability on the menu for the foreseeable future. I’ll still answer to skidmark, skid, stoopid or a**hole however. Or kinder epithets, even.

For some reason my right shoulder is not settling on the bench. Played with some different positions to get it to seat, but it still comes off the bench in mid set. Getting better though. Less weakness, no pain. Less pain in Close Grips too. My left side does so much work that if my right side were as strong as my left I’d be benching 260 for reps.
The Band Pressouts really make me put my shoulder in the socket since I do them standing. So the whole complex of shoulder muscles gets worked almost as much as the triceps.
