You know…I could see if the insults were actually true…but if you see no progress being made in these pictures…you probably don’t have any pictures up of yourself.

LOL at zero progress being made over the years…
Gosh, I hope you still look like this. This is a good pic.
I am currently working on gaining again after not doing so for about 3 years because of the accident. I was 270lbs in the other picture shown in this thread. I am not working on dieting right now but am also avoiding any large gains in fat and this is the leanest I have ever been at this body weight. I am training with an NPC competitor.

From his account I am doing just fine. I will keep you updated.

The issue with this is that based on those pictures you post, the only progress you’ve made from 2008 to now is that you changed the tank top that you use to cover up the majority of your physique and show off your arms and traps.
X, I stand corrected. I said that you hadn’t made much progress, but I was wrong.

Both your ego and your waistline have seen a rapid rate of growth. As a matter of fact, I think you’ve made more progress in growing your ego more than anyone else on earth. Jack Nicholson, Honey Boo-Boo, and Kanye West all pale in comparison in terms of ego growth when compared to you. That’s pretty damn impressive and you should be commended.

…and that kids is how you get muscles that don’t “stop growing significantly after 5 years”…

Look, X, of you gave out any sort of actual info about topics you have experience/success with you would be a helpful addition to this site. I’ve mentioned this to you many times before but you ignore it.

You have value to add if you wanted to and wanted to argue/debate less.
LOL at writing this while posting in 40 page thread of info that has been read 40,000+ times.

Maybe you should read way more than you criticize.
You and I both know why this thread has so many views… And it’s not due to your vague posts where you discuss virtually ZERO specific information.

You post in vague generalizations and actively avoid giving out any specific information because you’re scared someone will call you on it or use it against you.

You, I and everyone who’s read around this site for more than a few months knows this. I’m attempting to give you some constructive criticism. I know you don’t want it, won’t take it and will keep doing what you’ve been doing for 4+ years straight on this site and wonder why almost no one takes you seriously.

Like I’ve said plenty of times before: you could add value to this forum and site (other than thousands of views to see what stupid argumentative posts will come next) if you wante to share actual specific information. You just chose not to time and time again.

Any updated photos of all the progress you’re making? That shirtless photo was 2-3 years ago… You should look insane by now.

Looking good, I agree with the consistent eating. It all depends on the person in questions metabolism but for a hard gainer consistent eating is key. The majority of the people who disagree seem to do so out of spite. Saiyan dowg stop skipping leg day.

For someone who criticizes others intelligence so much, you’d think you’d know the difference between “hear” and “here.”

X, do you have any leg pics? Or do we just have your Biotest HQ lunge video to judge those?

X, how many grams of carbos do you take in when cutting down? Grams of fat? Grams of pro?

GRAMS are a UNIT of MASS, NOT WEIGHT

yes, a noob should spend many years focusing on bringing scale weight up. Did that answer your question?

etc

X, do you get blood work done regularly?

While some of the stuff written here is pretty funny, it also illustrates how sad a certain poster is. I used to wonder if said poster was being deliberately dense and/or trolling, or if there were more serious issues at play. It is painfully obvious now that the poster in question CLEARLY has some reasonably severe mental problems and, as infuriating as some of his posts are and as obnoxious as he generally is, there is literally NOTHING anyone here can do to change that, and that includes said poster. This isn’t a jab, I study these things and am bring 100% serious. It would be best for all if everyone were to ignore him. The sad part is he’d still be here, arguing with and contradicting himself truly believing he “won” and that everyone else ran with their tails between their legs.

No shit, so put him on ignore like I did and move on. Nobody takes him seriously or gives a shit about his opinion anyways. You all know his MO yet still fall victim to his baiting. There is a reason why they have signs at the zoo warning you not to feed the animals.

Yet people still throw peanuts at the rhinos. That post was intended to be the “don’t feed the animals” sign.
Professor X wrote:
Do some of you think Bauber sees zero benefit from gaining like he is? He himself said it helped with his strength…which will help with muscle gains.
Bauber leaned out before and posted pics. He also doesn’t proactively seek to show people the way of the light or whatever. He doesn’t preach an agenda.

And you complain why people undeservingly mock you? See, with shit like this it becomes difficult to blame them.

Nonsense. Bodybuilders do shows. Meatheads lean out to see what they’ve built. Nobody has ever seen what you’ve built because every pic of you is too soft to tell. That is what is meant by AN end result. Not THE end result. You’ve never been lean, but beginner who you’re preaching to DO want to be.

The questions of whether gaining that much weight for that much time was REQUIRED are still unanswered to everyone here. Because nobody has seen just how much muscle you have. We simply don’t know. Maybe you know, but we don’t. It seems like you have well developed shoulders and upper back. But the rest is a total mystery, going by the pics.

And yet, according to the pics you’ve posted throughout the years, no progress could be determined. Before those vids at T-Nation HQ, all you had were some bathroom pics in the same pose. You think people were just trying to insult you by saying there’s no progress? Dude, it’s impossible to tell any progress from those two images. IMPOSSIBLE. You’re big and soft with only shoulders and arms on display in both pics. How the hell is anyone here supposed to know that you made progress in the past 8 years from almost fully clothed pics of your upper body? How?
So what is the issue? That I allowed myself to gain more body fat because I know my metabolism and easily lose it? That I used that to gain more strength and more size?

What is the issue here?

It worked, didn’t it?
WE DON’T KNOW! Only you know how much muscle is under the fat. We can only see the fat over the muscle.

You praise force-feeding, carry 20% for decades yourself, and dole out advice to beginners who happen to want lean muscular bodies. I mean that’s just about everything imaginable short of actually reccomending it. I hope you understand the discrepancy almost everyone else is seeing. You say it’s not your goal, but you’ll be 40 in a few years and it keeps on staying and staying. What do you expect people to think?

Maybe you shouldn’t rely on people’s comments so much for judging your own progress. You will find they are not as avid followers of your physique as are images, tape measure, or the mirror.

Pics or it didn’t happen.

Yeah, that’s all it is. It couldn’t possibly be any of this:

Reminds people constantly he’s a “doctor”.

Brags constantly about his education.

Asks people if they need him to repeat what he just wrote.

Asks people if he needs to write it out in crayon.

Asks people who argue with him in multiple threads if they’re gay.

Asks people if English is their first language.

Constantly tries to convince everyone to accept the inflated image he has of himself.

Is constantly sarcastic and condescending.

lol.

And when this certain poster references the “43,000 views” this thread has, does he even realize that everyone is laughing at him??

They don’t view his threads/posts for information.

They do it for entertainment value.

He does know this. Right?

Sadly, I don’t think he does. When three or four no-name members with a post count of about 15 agree with him he thinks he has won and the thread is a huge success. The reality is that half of the posts in here are his and almost the entire other half are people mocking him. He’ll just never get it. He so desperately wants to be looked up to and it will never happen. Not when there are people like Zraw who’s sporting 19-inch lean arms. Or, Bauber who’s much bigger and much more humble and respectful than X. Or, DoubleDuce who can bench almost as much as X did at his best, but at a weight of 198. There are so many much more impressive posters on this site for people to waste their time on X.

Look, I like training with serious lifters. They don’t bitch like this.

Simply put, if you can’t tell if any progress has been made in any of my pictures over the years, your opinion does not matter to me.

You are just yet another internet hardass trying to degrade the progress someone else has made.

That is something you won’t ever see me do…blatantly degrade someone’s progress or dismiss it.

Yeah, the only one with an agenda here seems to be you and anyone else who would enter this thread for this alone.

Keep it up though.

If what I was writing was such nonsense, you and friends wouldn’t have to try so hard to yell me down.

LOL

This thread was about how people were spreading false info about insulin and food intake.

I don’t see TC bothering to respond to any thread made by the peanut gallery. Keep up the good work, guys.

Get back to me if you care to actually discuss the thread topic.
