Do some of you think Bauber sees zero benefit from gaining like he is? He himself said it helped with his strength…which will help with muscle gains.
Bauber leaned out before and posted pics. He also doesn’t proactively seek to show people the way of the light or whatever. He doesn’t preach an agenda.
And you complain why people undeservingly mock you? See, with shit like this it becomes difficult to blame them.
Nonsense. Bodybuilders do shows. Meatheads lean out to see what they’ve built. Nobody has ever seen what you’ve built because every pic of you is too soft to tell. That is what is meant by AN end result. Not THE end result. You’ve never been lean, but beginner who you’re preaching to DO want to be.
The questions of whether gaining that much weight for that much time was REQUIRED are still unanswered to everyone here. Because nobody has seen just how much muscle you have. We simply don’t know. Maybe you know, but we don’t. It seems like you have well developed shoulders and upper back. But the rest is a total mystery, going by the pics.
And yet, according to the pics you’ve posted throughout the years, no progress could be determined. Before those vids at T-Nation HQ, all you had were some bathroom pics in the same pose. You think people were just trying to insult you by saying there’s no progress? Dude, it’s impossible to tell any progress from those two images. IMPOSSIBLE. You’re big and soft with only shoulders and arms on display in both pics. How the hell is anyone here supposed to know that you made progress in the past 8 years from almost fully clothed pics of your upper body? How?
So what is the issue? That I allowed myself to gain more body fat because I know my metabolism and easily lose it? That I used that to gain more strength and more size?
What is the issue here?
It worked, didn’t it?
WE DON’T KNOW! Only you know how much muscle is under the fat. We can only see the fat over the muscle.
You praise force-feeding, carry 20% for decades yourself, and dole out advice to beginners who happen to want lean muscular bodies. I mean that’s just about everything imaginable short of actually reccomending it. I hope you understand the discrepancy almost everyone else is seeing. You say it’s not your goal, but you’ll be 40 in a few years and it keeps on staying and staying. What do you expect people to think?
Maybe you shouldn’t rely on people’s comments so much for judging your own progress. You will find they are not as avid followers of your physique as are images, tape measure, or the mirror.
Pics or it didn’t happen.
