Bauber,
Hey big man… Have you posted any pics from your previous contest? Could re post or link the thread? Thanks.

Please explain what this has to do with anything outside of specifically talking about contest prep?
Most of the people here are not trying to compete. They are looking to gain muscle and get lean or whatever to varying degrees.
What Majin wrote was correct, Bauber gets NONE of the criticism that I have gotten when leaner than him.
It simply means none of that criticism was legit since you can’t remain constant. Quite the character flaw…blatant hypocrisy.

Really no idea. But please post a picture of your overly muscular shredded self for comparison.
I’m not picking an argument, but trying to figure it out. It’s just that PX gets called out on his bodyfat and you don’t, when you clearly carry more than he does at this point. Now I’m not defending him either, so please none of that.
Figure what out exactly? Maybe I am missing something. Am I carrying a little more bodyfat than I’d like at this point? Yes, no argument there. Have I put on a large quantity of muscle for me? Yes, I think so.
But you make it sound like I am some spindly arm guy with a huge gut overlapping his belt. So make your point. I try to treat everyone with respect and take criticism pretty well from a constructive point of view. And share things that I think work. But please enlighten me with your physique and strength. Because I’ll gladly compare.
I think you simply misunderstood him.
He wasn’t attacking you. He was asking why I get attacked when you aren’t leaner than me in your recent pics…even though that is why many claim they are attacking me…because I am so fat I can’t discuss bodybuilding or weight loss.
If you didn’t know, now you do.
Anyway, the bottom line is hopefully this thread was informative. If you are here to discuss gaining muscle let’s do that. If you are to whine about me, you can make your own thread.

When the topic is whether someone was making a dig at Bauber’s degree of current leanness, pointing out that he has indeed been much leaner and acknowledges that he’s currently not there (nor was he as lean as he could have been onstage) is relevant.
I doubt a lot of people realize he’s been onstage before, and yet my pointing it out didn’t make the entire thread switch over to a discussion of contest prep… how odd. You really should stop trying to make everything about you.
(yes, I know other people mentioned you, but it’s solely because of your past actions and writings,so it’s hard to fault them for doing so)

Majin’s point wasn’t about making a dig at Bauber. It was about why you or anyone else tolerates digs at me when I am leaner than he is currently and have been before.
Did you understand that this time?
No one was insulting Bauber.
PX is in NO WAY leaner than Bauber. If anything they’re at comparable levels, but I’d be willing to bet, that if accurately gauged, Bauber is in fact leaner.

I can’t remember where I posted them and I am pretty sure it was in a thread with lots of pages, so for time’s sake I will repost a few here.

This show was going on 4 years ago now. Have not competed since. Looking to compete again this upcoming year possibly. i weighed in at this show at 255. Obviously needed to be 15-20 lbs lighter or more.
Another from about 6 weeks out from that 2012 show. I think I can do a decent job of getting to where I need to be 6-8 weeks out, but then I am just lost. Why I am really looking for someone good to work with.
I had a guy who was helping me, but he was used to dealing with guys 150-200 lbs and that just isn’t me.
…and further, the point was to look at what the big guys did in majority to get that way.
Going by what I see in this thread, more frequent feedings is the way to go.
Good work to Bauber on putting on muscle mass.

If he couldn’t make the adjustments because of your heavier weight and size then he’s got no business offering advice IMO. Obviously things change a bit, but it’s not rocket science -lol. When you do eventually step up again, I hope you keep a log on here big man.

I agree and thanks X.
I think the larger you get too more frequent feedings are more beneficial. Just my 2 cents.
Bauber looking absolutely huge, but I think you’d need more than 6 weeks to get into contest shape from those pics. Why don’t you do a cut now? It really can’t hurt your progress imo. I’ve found the whole “more you do something the better you get at it” principle applies to dieting.
And lol at professor x. That’s some bitchass shit as usual. At this point if you went on vacation, any one of us could fill in for you without missing a beat.

I agree he did help me a lot though, but the fine tuning he was severely lacking on. Plus, I was paying him good money.
Oh I plan on it for anyone here who cares to see and for myself.

Yet you are in a thread I started and have yet to create a thread yourself where anyone would care to give it half this many views.
What is ‘bitchass shit’ is disrupting all discussion because you and friends want to try this hard to follow me around.
Make your own thread…if this is all you have to offer.
You don’t seem to be carrying the muscle for your opinion to matter with regards to this thread…

My initial post was directed at it helping for it to be a habit.
I eat the way I do because it is so ingrained in me, to do anything else would throw me off.
That helps in the long run when it comes to sticking with this for several years through all life throws at you.
What you went through alone in your personal life would throw most people out of the gym completely.
