The Rocks Hercules Deal

Hes 41 so why wouldnt he be on TRT anyhow…
What those guys prescribe him would not be even close to what he needs lol.

His arms have always been silly large, especially considering how tall he is, and I mean who doesn’t want a Hercules with some serious fucking pipes?

Lets not forget he is using slin, so his diet is definitely catered to it. You can’t just mimic this guys diet let alone anybody’s diet(but you knew that… I hope). But ESPECIALLY one that is using GH/slin.
I didnt think his diet was all that weird… I think it was around 5000 cals 50% pro 15% fat 35% clean carbs. Roughly 17 x bw in cals… I dont doubt hes running hgh isnt everyone now days…but whats slin got to do with the diet? Seems like a good plan for a naty…im not beefing i just dont see how the diet & wo is all that outrageous.

Good post.

The issue isn’t that steroids were mentioned in any way at all…but the action of guys who don’t know the man acting like they know EXACTLY what he is taking…and how that will effect him.

I agree, it isn’t that outrageous.

Indeed. We seem to have a few guys here that are the Rock’s personal assistant and know exactly what he is doing. Must be awesome to be in his inner circle…

You can’t be serious in saying that he is not using slin/Gh/AAS…

How long have you been close personal friends with the Rock?

How much “slin” is he using?

The question is why is it even being discussed?

It always comes off as an excuse for people (not saying this to you, just a generalization) “Well he has to be on the roidz that why he is that big and how he got to where he is” Its like an asterisk on his success.

Well I would certainly say he wouldn’t look like this with out GH and AAS. Slin meh take it or leave it.

But along with those supplements extreme dedication and consistency to training and diet as well as a genetic response to all these things. Would he look bad as natty…most likely. But it’s silly to say AAS and GH don’t have a part in where he is today. Again just GH and AAS would not do it. It’s a combination. You have to look at the whole picture Those things aren’t excuses they are tools.

For the keyboard warrior Ryan they are an excuse not a tool.

Why would it be relevant? He posts his workouts and diet. The rest is just speculation.

Exactly…and speculation that does nothing but add to a rumor mill when the truth is, none of these guys know The Rock on a personal level to be acting like they know exactly what he is taking or when.

I am saying exactly what I wrote.

You nor anyone else here knows for a fact exactly what he is taking or when. I personally don’t give a shit one way or the other. I just hate to see people go to that EVERY SINGLE TIME someone discusses someone with an impressive build.

It has gotten old. This does not need to be the millionth discussion about if someone is on steroids. We’ve fucking heard it…and to true old heads in the gym, this is shit that only newer trainers do when they want to act like they know a lot.

The truth is, if you really knew that much about steroids, you wouldn’t be so quick to act like that on a public forum because of the mindset it creates in others…ie, exactly what Derek just wrote about.

Lol they are a tool. When used improperly you don’t get results and when used properly (ie good nutrition and workouts as he posted) amazing results.

So you speculate he is natural?

Ryan you work out, I work out, many here do, however MANY do not, or they are just beginning on the life of iron. So the Non-workout individual see guys like the Rock and in their mind the excuse is that “I could look like that if I used the roidz”

Anybody who has spent years and years lifting know that just like you stated its a tool, however to the ignorant its THE ONLY THING that got the Rock to this type of body.

I dont speculate, I dont care. If he is or isnt is irrelevant to me. The dude is going against the Hollywood ideal now of ripped abs and a buck 65. I grew up watching Arnold, Sly, Van Damn etc so to me he represents that lost look of muscular and manly. So I could really care less what he is doing, its his life and his body.

I think you are underestimating the mentality of the common american and just because we are on a lifting website do not assume everyone here knows what the fuck they are talking about in regards to lifting, nutrition and PED’s
/end rant

carry on

Could’ve been a interesting thread but I guess we’ll just go round and round about what he may or may not be on because you know that has never been done before.

That was the whole point of my posts. Did you not read them. I specifically stated that was not all it took to get him there.

They are used in conjunction with hard work in the gym and kitchen along with consistency and great genetics. The whole point was that no just taking steriods does not elevate you to amazing levels. Not even close. I see many people use who still don’t look like they hit gym. Why is this. They are missing the other very important components. So I was trying to point out to the uneducated that its the whole package and help educated those that think oh steriods are all I need. Fuck that noise that BS.

I also don’t care what he uses. I know what it takes to look like that and I respect the hell out of. Plus he is just a stand up guy. Great attitude when it comes to fans and what not. Anyways I hope you understand the point of post better now…moving on and back to how much of a BAMF the rock is

I understood your post Ryan, my point was that you are fighting windmills. You really believe you can educate people on a message board? Unfortunately you end up continuing the endless debate of “what is he on” it would be great if people would take that advice and go “oh yea I see what you did there” but most just want to continue to argue about the minutia of the possibilities

Okay no more discussion of that, cause we agree, I am just trying nicely to tell you to not feed the trolls

LOL @ this whole “discussion”

Let me break it down for some here who seem to have trouble with this:

A workout plan is a workout plan.
A diet is a diet.
There really isn’t anything “special” or new.

There are thousands of dedicated trainees in the world, there are not thousand of “Rock’s” running around.
Why?
A combination of amazing genetics and drugs.
AAS use doesn’t take away from his build.
AAS use doesn’t take away from his genetics.

NO ONE would ever have that build without A. Great genetics and B. intelligent drug use.
It’s just that simple and in no way a dig at him or his physique.

He looks phenomenal.
He is my favorite action star by FAR.
He seems like a great guy.

On a website like this I don’t see why people are afraid to talk steroids.
I don’t see why it’s so taboo to discuss it.
No one has tried to say “this is exactly what he is taking and how much.”
He’s using steroids.
So what?
Arnold used steroids.
Stallone used steroids.
Who the F cares?
They looked awesome, kicked ass on screen and made entertaining movies.
