N- not too pasghetti-ish. thank goodness. Going to run tonight again. I like running outside, it relaxes me, however it is EFFING HOT!
Owlie, yes. I sure did. It’s 115-120 during the day here now. about 100 at night. uhg. And I’m doing a 7k in 2 weeks.
Kimba- thanks for the concern, I sure am free! Hopefully my grades will be out in a few days. My next semester starts Sunday! but its my favie class, Psychology.
Training today…I worked with my very large, BB buddy, he showed me his back routine. i Liked it.

The gym was too hot and too packed and I was smoked so I didn’t get on the tread after my workout.
115?? WHOA!!! well, not to be pushy if you really don’t want to run a 5k (i totally would never even in 60 degrees) but that will suck the fat off you, even if you just walked it! my god!!!

Brute- I hate distance running more than anything, ever. Maybe even more than tomatoes. However, I know it will be good for me. And I will definitely be sweating! And my best friend runs every weekend that there is a 5k, 7k, 10k, 15k, etc. And she has about 10 T shirts from the runs, so I feel inferior. My body isn’t made for running. I can sprint hella fast though.

Hey, Mel, this is Grneyes. I have a friend who is a crazy triathlete. She’s done two full Ironmans and is thinking about another one. The second one was 15 minutes longer than the first and that was with her tire blowing out and riding the last half of the bike ride on a flat tire. Apparently her tire fix it air thing didn’t work and her tire kept going flat.
Dude, i’m not even going to comment on your training b/c it is ridic. Consistently balls out. I like that. Your metabolism must be a furnace! you better be eating for this kind of training.
cracks me up you got woken out of bed. I also like that. HAH!
I also agree with Owlie - the run would be a great challenge. You’re a total athlete, you could kill it!
greeneyes- that shit is crazy! I think it’s cool though. I could handle the bike ride and the swim, but definitely not the run!
Masch- I like being ballz out. Ha, no I just have A LOT of time on my hands, and like the way my body looks with muscle. And I like to work hard because I really enjoy the veins popping out of my arms, and the feeling of almost passing out after a killer set.
KNYC- Thank you. I will have to look into that. I mainly do a lot of HIIT with sprints. It’s funny because whenever we run for PT, I’m always dying, but if we do sprints, I’m killin’ everyone. Oh well. I’m built for power.
Today, I can’t decide what I want to do. I know I’m going to run, but I think I might deadlift?
I don’t know. I promised my big boss (a Sergeant First Class/E-7 type) That I would do his “spinning” with him tomorrow morning. At 6 am! Sheesh. I hope I can get to sleep at a decent time to wake up for this.
Oh no don’t get me wrong, i’m all for ballz out! Love going nutty myself. That’s probably why i’m all up in your business. That and your workouts are insanely awesome. And I’m hella fascinated about what life is like over there. So don’t mind me…
Deadlift- warmup@155x8, 238x6, 282x3, i don’t remember the rest of the numbers. got up to 345, failed once. tried again, failed again. both fails were maybe an inch or two from locked out.
Dips-10,15,10
Push ups-12,10,10,10
neutral grip pull ups-5,6,5
chin ups-5
incline sit ups-25,25
Masch- You can totally be all up in my business…I kinda really like the attention and life over here is boring. and sucks.
MiM- Pretty new prof pic. WHAT IS WITH THAT SILLY ASS HAT EVERYONE IS WEARING???
and yes, doing nothing makes it much worse. From September-December I didn’t work at all… Then January-April I actually worked a little and from April to now I have done NOTHING. It really sucks. a lot. I spend my days sitting on my ass getting fat. uhg. And it’s really too fucking hot to do ANYTHING outside. legit. But I am going to start working again I was just told…next week I think…so that will be good. or it will suck…
But anyways. I can’t wait to go home. I wish I knew when I was though… My brigade can’t decide what we’re doing. I know that someone up high knows…but of course WE don’t know. RE-TARD-ED Army.
I’m sorry if that term offends anyone…No, I’m not really. Anyways.

Isn’t that what a log is all about? Putting your business out there so we can get all up in it?

Why is it that all gov’t entities follow the “hurry up and wait” principle? Or the “you don’t need to know” principle? I don’t remember reading that in the Constitution…
OF COURSE GREENEY! All of you lovely ladies(and men if there are any following) are welcomed in my business…
The HURRY UP AND WAIT. Is the most true fucking catch phrase about the Army EVER. and the “need to know” bullshit. I fucking hate it. uhg. It’s annoying. Deff not in the constitution!
SO, this morning at 6 I went to a Spinning class with my boss.
I knew I was going to die, but I didn’t realize I was going to die so painfully.
It was an hour long of non stop horrifying spinning. And some random exercises thrown in.
I was soaked. head to toe. my entire shirt was wet, I could have rung it out. My legs were on fire.
Now keep in mind…I don’t get on the exercise bike…ever… Really not my thing. I’ll do the stair stepper before I do the bike.
Anyways… After the class, one of the other ladies in it asked my boss man if he had told me that this was the “ADVANCED” class. haha WHATTTT. No clue. Anyways.
I liked it. It was fucking hard. And I sweat more than I have sweat in a long fucking time. And I will be going back. AT LEAST once a week. I think that will fit in great with my diet!
Oh, and the Army dude that was leading it was fucking ripped. I was staring at his calves and his triceps the entire time. He wasn’t large, just muscular and fucking ripped to shit. He was intense.
SOOOOOOOO. Oh, and I didn’t sleep last night. SO I have been up since yesterday. But I think I’m alright.
Today was supposed to be leg day. Maybe I’ll go back to the gym later.
