x2 I really don’t weigh myself a lot, haven’t stepped on a scale in over 2 weeks, but I know that I eat well, work hard and the mirror shows results.

Plus, your smaller than me! So if you’re going to act like you’re a whale who eats crap all day, then just know that you’ll be ruining my esteem as well b/c I’m bigger than you.

Darling, I can easily gain 4 lbs. from getting up in the AM to going to bed at night. Its usually all gone the next AM. So, on a percentage basis so far I win the most-fluctuation prize.

I dunno kimba, my weight has been known to fluctuate upt to 10% overnight. Freaks me out!!

sidenote: I keep freaking out that I’m going to get fat again when I start my alcoholic ways once I get home. But I realized that with the amount of sex I will be having, plus normal training…I should be good with the added burnage of cal or eees. :]

nikki i’ll differ your opinion abt sex being the only cardio you need, tho im not sure how much it applies to mel.

BG asked me one afternoon, in the delirious post hill sprint high she was in, “why do we do this to ourselves?” I said, and i havent been able to come up with a better answer since, “tight asses and the energy to fuck on top.”

now i’ll sit back and wait for this post to disappear just like all the others have tonight.

I don’t consider sprints cardio; when I say/hear cardio, I’m talking about something long distance and grueling.

But still, weight training improves sex better. Having the strength in the legs to withstand most of the positions is most important. That’s why the skinny-fat chicks in porn switch positions all the time; they’re legs can’t stand the fatigue in the muscles so they keep trying to find a postition more comfortable. I bet you thought that they were just trying to switch it up, huh? Keep things interesting. Nope.

Cardio is way over rated, check out jamie eason. She hardly does any and is open about the fact that she hates it! She’s been on all sorts of fitness mag covers.

Just train right and you’ll be fine! For me, the biggest difference is I have about 50% of my carbs for the day right before/during my workout and the weight comes off and I have a good workout.

Cbear- hhaha. you funny girl. and hell yeah my sex is a workout. not to toot my own horn, but im pretty good at what I do, and Jamie and I like to keep it interesting. sometimes involving me holding up her body weight in some interesting position while pleasing her. not to get graphic :wink: But my strength sure helps in the bedroom(or kitchen or living room or shower).
