At least you still have boobs after training. I barely had any to begin with, and now they have no shape due to training. I was looking at a video of me in a bikini from five years back and was like “omg what are those?!!!” only to realize that I did used to have some. I guess that’s why a lot of women who stay in shape opt for implants.

I am glad to hear she quit smoking when you did! It always makes me sad when loved ones smoke. Don’t worry about the boobs, I am sure your chest looks slammin now. I feel like slightly smaller boobs are a fair trade for some sexy pecs.
Mine were always lopsided my entire life, and now with getting my bench up they are perfectly even :). Solid training, but no, I have no idea what a one arm BB corner OHP is, but that is some fucking weight you are using for it! Please explain.

yes that is exactly what I mean. I like doing them a lot. they sure to kill the anterior and medial delts. as well as the pec-delt connector muscle. I feel it in my lats as well

Oh, and I put the end of the BB in the corner on the DL platform, so it’s just the little lip of the edge of the platform, not an actual corner of walls.

I gained 4lbs overnight the other day just by not watching my food, drinking beer, and not drinking enough water. It isn’t real weight. Don’t panic. ![]()
i’ve gone from 164 to 178 over 16 hours. usually though on weekends its a good six to 8 pounds of a difference… many many times
