Oh, and I know I said I would take pictures but I just feel fat and bloated all the time. uhg. I’m sorry. mehh
I wish I could feel good about myself.
No worries on feeling shitty, etc. Life happens. So just hang in there.
Good job completing the run! And I’m glad to hear you’re still training. YAY!!! August is awesome!
don’t fret mel!!! You are doing great! I’m sorry your feeling bluh and blaoted–but you’re still a knockout:)
and oh my god hurray for august!! if you still are upset with your size then I’m sure it’ll be 1,000 times easier to perfect it stateside.
Congrats for getting through the run - sounds like a real bitch. Don’t fret about the time - not many people could do that in 95 degree heat.
I guess you’re limited for diet, but if it’s possible, cutting back on the carbs (especially grains) should ease the bloat somewhat. Hang in there.
aww, HUGS MEL One day at a time…you’ll get to where you want to be!
Mel, I think you’re just tired. Hot and tired. Sick and tired. Long deployment. Insane heat. You’re ready to come home. Once you are back, I bet you’ll ease up on yourself some and realize you have kicked ass the entire time you’ve been over there.

I don’t get it. I think you look amazing in your pics. Very proportionate. Strong. Maybe your sitch is playing havoc with other areas of your psyche right now. Hang in there, Mel.
^^ I’m on the right.
looks like good times ![]()
…my hubby is going through all that training ALLLLL over again…cause his certs isn’t holding up with them.
He’s not too impressed so far…lots more hurrying up and waiting ahead it seems.
those are some cool pics!! your life is so differant then mine, …and so very very hot :{ and painful?!
Since I’m not getting tased today, you’ve just made me feel better about what I DO have to do. August will be here soon! Stay strong and hang in there.
what the fuck do they tase you for?
You’re all too nice to me. I’m not used to it.
I VOLUNTEERED to get tased and OC sprayed. I am now certified though, and can now carry both.
This is a normal type training for MP’s because we work the road and can use this stuff on people.
It wasn’t fun, and I will NOT do it again unless I have to.
I get it, to prevent “power trips” a little dramatic but effective.

“non-lethal training.” cuz if u kill your soldiers, they’re less able to do their jobs.
