up since 5. worked at the prison. it went all right.
its hot as shit outside. sweat my ass off.
almost passed out in the gym on multiple occasions bc it was so hot.
ate some tuna. some protein shakes.
160 today.

Actually working now, on top of dieting, on top of gym twice a day= me tired and stressed.

Hi Mel! Just checking in. Stay cool.
The run was HORRIBLE. it was 95 degrees at 7am when we started. it was 3.7 miles total. with a huge hill at the end. I ran it in 41 minutes. SHITTTY haha. yeah, i had to stop and walk. i thought I was going to die.
legit. i think my running shoes are giving me shin splints also.
oh and i squatted 2 times in 3 days before the run, so yeah. that too.
I’m not losing weight anymore. I feel fat still. i hate this country.
training has been alright. I’m tired all the time. bloated all the time as well.
im lazy, too lazy to record my training. sorry ladies.
but, I should be out of here the first week of August. Not telling the wife ![]()
