GHRs? Are these natural or on a machine. I would love that the gov won’t supply internet access, but will get you an ever coveted GHR machine.

Kimba- It is a lil machine thingy. you sit on it and push back with resistance bar on your upper back.

MiM- I haven’t heard anything like that, and my mother suggested it(she is a chiropractor) so it can’t be too bad. I like it.

Masch- That’s a toughie. But right now, since masterbation has lost it’s fun, I would deff be with you.
I love rack pulls, thank you. It’s more of an ego thing, and the sound it makes when I drop 405 on the rails.
The GHRs are on the lil ummm…thingy…and yes we have endless useless machines in our gym. I would rather have free phone calls and internet, but hey. Diet sucks. But it’s Mel-made so I did it to myself.

I had a salad for lunch with lettuce, peppers, chicken breast, and cheese. With Peas/carrots/green beans and pinto beans.
Now I’m eating plain chicken breast chunks.
Casein+water before bed.

Off day today.

I spent 31 minutes on the treadmil. 340 cals. 750 feet climbed. 2 miles.
While watching the opening ceremonies to the world cuppppp!!! yeahhh
then did some push ups, sit ups and pull ups.

and cheated today.
Ate pizza and a calzone. I went with my buddy who is leaving country on Monday. :frowning: one of my only friends here.
And now I’m STUFFFEDD uhgggg FATTTEH.
