Owlie, I always try to do little rotator cuff exercises( I searched on YouTube) as well as stretching for them. My shoulder has been bothering me for a while. Maybe 2 months. It is my right shoulder, that always tends to roll forward. I really just need an adjustment, but since I’ve been without my chiro for so long, I’m all mis-aligned. But last night it hurt so bad like a pulsing pain, i kept rubbing it and stretching it. Maybe I’ll go get some icy hot. I don’t know. meh suck it up soldier, right?

How exactly does one acclimate to 120+ heat? Especially to run these 5k’s. That’s just nutty.

I’ve never dieted without eating fruit. I think it would be extreme to do so. In my experience, i was able to lean out by regulating carb intake and lowering cals. But I always ate 1 to 2 pieces of fruit. Now I’m on this mofo Warrior diet and basically you can only eat fruit during the day.

5K this morning went all right. Aunt Flo decide to say hello last night. So About a mile into the run I got a horrid cramp and had to stop and walk for WAY too long. I ended up finishing in 32:26. Not too bad, but NOT good. And it was HOT. If I had not had feminine issues, it would have gone much better. 7K next weekend. UHG. That’s going to be rough, but I’ll survive.

Just as a side note to self, and a bit of bad news, I have recently realized that my deadlift form is horrendous. fuck. Now, like my squat, I will have to go back and fix it. Christ. Uhg.

seated calf press- 4platesx12x3sets
seated calf raise- 100x12x3 sets
and my legs were smoked.
DIET DAY 1 FOODZ today
before 5k- whey protein+udos oil+water
after 5k- egg white omelet w/ ham,cheese, peppers+ canteloupe
lunch- casein protein+water
post workout- pro complex+water+udos oil
dinner- 1 slice of some kind of pork+ salad(lettuce,onions,cheese,peppers) no dressing
before bed- casein protein+water
HOT-ROX make me gassy. And they kind of upset my stomach. I don’t like it.
