hi,i have been following along with interest. Can i ask a few questions about your percentages?
On realisation 3 day 1 you pause benched 92% at 375lbs. What was your starting weight for this and how did you come to it?
Was it your last meet weight?
375 at 92% would be roughly what you wanted at the meet (405)
Squats on realisation 2 day 1 was 97% at 525
but that does not match your actual meet squat or your projected squats 515 and 550
maybe i’ve missed something.

I’ve bench 405lbs before at a heavier weight, so I set that as my training max for this training cycle. With considerations like a long pause, no belly benching, I felt 405lbs instead of a higher training max would be optimal.
For meets, this is my attempt selection based on my training maxes
However, Periodization is not an exact science, anything in regards to Human Physiology is (Understatement of the century), but 515lbs would fall under my 2nd Low attempt percentage, I went for 550 on my 3rd, which is rougly 102%, but meet conditions are different than training day conditions, but I do the best that I can.

Right. Thanks for that. Now i have a better understanding of your programing.
Great lifting by the way, sorry i did not mention it before. I will continue to follow.
Please update us on the tweaks you are doing for the next cycle.

Anytime man, and thanks for the support.
I’m thinking about going back to Sumo and not doing a Realization Block this time around.

That is a pretty sumo pull. Surprised you aren’t stronger there.
To be honest, I don’t know why I didn’t stay pulling Sumo from the get go when I switched back to Raw.
I’ll be pulling Sumo in competition from here on out, the bad mechanical issues I had from pulling Conventional has disappeared from goingback to Sumo. I hope it translates.
Are you allowed to discuss this program, I always thought you ran Sheiko until you last meet prep when you did all these realization, intimidation, preparation, renationalisation, infatuation phases.

No, that’s original programming by Stronghold, we both like using Block, he uses it on me, and I use it on my lifers.
I delve into Sheiko for offseason work and I wanted to try peaking with it back in January.

Its been a while since I posted in here. I can’t remember where I’m at in my comment rotation…Brazilian babe or snarky comment?
Snarky comment, the Brazilian’s and I’s ex gf kinda ruined what I had going on so no more Brazilian bisexual women for me, although I lez-bro’d out with 3 new lesbian wingmen last night. I feel that should count for something? Oh and I deleted the Greek out of my life, and the very next day she and her sister tried to visit me at work. Figure that one out.
