It’s suppose to be around 200 pages of information, or something along those lines, I do t have it on me at the moment.

I like them for everything except for squats, I prefer chucks when I squat using the monolift or use my oly shoes when I walk weight out[/quote]

Cool, thanks.

Thanks, you think I’d be able to set up a block program solely based off the book? I’ve read much more on the internet but this is the first actual book I’m getting.

Most of the block concept programs I write for my guys, I’ve got the information from online sources. I eventually bought the books, but I use them as reference more than anything else

I honestly forget because when I found whether it be posts or articles or whatever I immediately printed them out

OK, I think I’m gonna do the same I’ve found some things off of elitefts and a couple of articles/pdf’s where they detail general, general specific, and specific exercises in relation to powerlifting.

What I’m basically seeing the more I look is that it’s more of a guideline than anything. Basically I just have to set up the program based on the specificity of the exercises and use Prilepin’s chart to be see where the volumes/intensities should be.

Actually I might send you a PM once I get all this together, be on the lookout if thats not too much trouble.

Lol, you’re PMing the wrong guy, I’d send your info to Stronghold

Ok lol, I’ll go back and copy and paste it to him.

Week 2, Day 2

  1. Chest Pass - 25 reps
  2. Close Grip Bench Press -

67% 2x5 275lbs
73% 3x5 295lbs
78% 3x3 315lbs

  1. Block Pull -

70% 4x4 455lbs

  1. CSR - 5x10
  2. Facepulls - 5x15

New Rule: You must shrug after set of Deadlift and/or Deadlift Variation you do

You look so smot in dem glasses mang. I like that rule. I was going to ask why you only counted three in the vid title instead of four, but figured it was probably just a typo that you didn’t notice or were too lazy to edit.

Hahaha, I wear my glasses about 99% of the time, it’s rare to see me without them.

Thanks for pointing out the typo, it’s suppose to be four reps.

I’m glad you like the rule

Are you trying to fix a symmetry and/or proportions issue with this new rule?

On a serious note, what are your thoughts about how small/large a deficit should be for deficit pulls?

It all depends on your lower body mobility, the deficit I use causes me to borderline with lower back rounding. Any more of a deficit, and I’ll be setting myself up for injury. Play with different heights, and when you find one that doesn’t compromise technique, that’ll be the working height you’ll use.

Anytime dude!

On unrelated news, I’ll probably have that Katy Perry song cover BEG asked up by tomorrow.

You have the most beautiful deadlifting form I have ever seen.
