Aw, thanks guys, I appreciate it that and it means a lot. I like to think that I walk the walk when it comes to being technically proficient in the Powerlifts.
So what’s your secret?! I have the uguliest deadlift form ever.
I typically watch your videos before a deadlift day so I have a good idea of what it’s SUPPOSED to look like in my head, Lol.

There’s is no secret, I had a Powerlifting Coach and training partners that help me out during lifts.
Speaking of training partners, here’s a video that my buddy Russtache made from yesterday’s training. It has my good friend/deadlift competition Devin pulling 605, and reverse band deadlifting 635, my other friend Frankie who worked up to 565lbs on the Squat raw, and Russ himself working to his opener in the Squat at 605lbs in his suit. I think you get to see my ugly mug helping out somewhere as well

Haha, well I have a quirky sense of humor
That’s my buddy’s Russ’ youtube channel of all his lifting and he’ll put other people’s lifting on it from time to time so if I link to his stuff it’s probably because I forgot to record some of my own stuff or he has one of team’s lifts that I didn’t record.

lol, I’m just thinking out loud. Hearing a djent version of Chocolate Rain would at first glance, sound incredulous, but it came out really well, and I personally think SOP is best metal band, period.
I gotta say that Chocolate Rain version is pretty awesome.

Yeah, I think it’s pretty cool
I did say I was going to make this a music log as well as my Powerlifting log. Here’s a few releases I’m looking forward to in 2012 and I hope you guys will dig the bands/releases too

Gorod is one of the few French things I like
P.S. I’m kind of disappointed that there was no death metal growling.

Haha, that’s too bad, France is a pretty cool place to check out and visit
Anyway, for whatever reason, I didn’t like my first try at the Katy Perry cover, it probably had to do with me just getting out of bed and being half awake when I was playing it the first time around, so here’s another video (I PROMISE THIS IS A TRAINING LOG)

I can do a vocal cover of Teenage Dream with me screaming into my iPhone if you want

You know my number…
lulz
Week 2, Day 3
- Broad Jump - 20 reps
- Deficit Pull, Beltless -
67% 2x5 395lbs
73% 3x5 430lbs
78% 3x3 460lbs
- Log Press -
70% 4x4 175lbs
- Back XT - 5x10
- Ab Wheel - 3x10
I weighed in at 209lbs today, which is skinnier than I’d like it to be. I’m assuming it was because I was doing errands all day yesterday which made me relied on RTD’s all day. No bueno. My hips felt beat up as well, and all around felt like crap, but as Churchill once said “If you are going to go through hell, keep going.” So I keep trucking along, I feel like I’m going to vomit any second now, but oh well, at least I got the work in.
