Welcome back. What’s your BW these days? You’re looking pretty thick in the avi.
Thanks man, it’s been a while since I did any serious posting here. My BW is around 210-215lbs at 5’7 these days. I believe I was 210lbs in my avi, but doing Sheiko is causing me to lean out a little bit, so I could be down to 205lbs right now for all I know.

hahaha I’m pulling away from you again. Get at me you plump little carnitas.
Hahaha, I’m glad some of the FB BOI guys are posting in my log, woot!

xoxo

One of my hobbies (if you can call it a hobby) is collecting and wearing limited edition/limited run/one of kind shoes, so when I found those and found out they were limited, I HAD to get those Oly shoes. I’m glad I got them since everyone else I know wear the Adistar’s

I <3 Pablo Gilberto

Yeah Paul/Racer X is awesome. Technical Difficulties is probably my favorite and I have been trying to learn it on/off for a long time. Haven’t gotten very far though, lol.

Haha, it’s an ridiculous song to learn. That first riff alone is a hard because Gilberto uses almost all alternate picking in that song.

ROFL, thanks for the compliment, but you should know my progress better than most posters since you were following my old log when I first started.

Hey det whats your opinion on using box squats in sheiko? Just throwing it out there as an idea as I’ll have a box to use at that point and wanted to see if you thought that was an even applicable idea. I realize you squat olympic high-bar style but for someone who squats low bar would this be advantageous?
