ROFL, thanks for the compliment, but you should know my progress better than most posters since you were following my old log when I first started.
Hey det whats your opinion on using box squats in sheiko? Just throwing it out there as an idea as I’ll have a box to use at that point and wanted to see if you thought that was an even applicable idea. I realize you squat olympic high-bar style but for someone who squats low bar would this be advantageous?
Not sure if serious

lolol guess not.
Lol, I mean, I’ve posted my feelings about box squatting and how (IMO) I think when and where it should be applied in someone’s training. Sheiko, let alone raw lifters using Sheiko is a terrible idea.
I’m really confused why you think low bar or high bar matters when it comes to box squats. Some of the best multi-ply squatter use a high bar position when they squat, so I don’t think bar placement is any indication whether or not a lifter should box squat or not.

I watch stuff like this every morning when I wake up.
Cheesey, but it works for me man.
“I firmly believe that any man’s finest hour, the greatest fulfillment of all that he holds dear, is that moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle - victorious.”
I try to live by those words every day for the rest of my life.

Hey man, quick question for you. Since you squat like 4 million times a week, do your knees ever decide they hate you? If so, what do you do to make them like you again?
