Well lately I’ve been mixing up a few of these and chucking them back as a midday meal. They’re cheap as hell to make and never seem to get sick of eating them.
My recipe that currently using is:
3 egg whites, 1 whole
0.5 cup rolled oats
30grams Vanilla WPI
teaspoon Cinnamon
tablespoon LSA mix (linseed,Sunflower and Almond)
teaspoon psyllium husks
tablespoon low fat cottage cheese
tablespoon blueberries and/or goji berries
This makes two large pancakes. I was just wondering what other recipes users on the site have and/or any comments on the mine. Always up for suggestions. Thanks
