The Perfect Protein Pancake....?

Well lately I’ve been mixing up a few of these and chucking them back as a midday meal. They’re cheap as hell to make and never seem to get sick of eating them.

My recipe that currently using is:
3 egg whites, 1 whole
0.5 cup rolled oats
30grams Vanilla WPI
teaspoon Cinnamon
tablespoon LSA mix (linseed,Sunflower and Almond)
teaspoon psyllium husks
tablespoon low fat cottage cheese
tablespoon blueberries and/or goji berries

This makes two large pancakes. I was just wondering what other recipes users on the site have and/or any comments on the mine. Always up for suggestions. Thanks

Here is my Protein Pancake recipe:

ingredients:
60 grams Oats (rolled)
half cup Milk
Egg White
Dried Fruit
Batter

Yogurt Topping
half cup Yogurt
Flax Meal
Either Chopped Banna or apple
Whey Protein
Honey and cinnamon for topping

Anyway. The best advice I can give you is to let the oats soak in the milk and .25 cup of water with the dried fruit overnight so the oats absorb the liquid.
Grease Pan and cook.
Mix Yogurt tooping and put on top. Its really good and the topping beats out any sugary syrup…
