GetSwole, I just tried your shake, only I had no ice. I added a tbsp of natty pb for 100 cal and some almonds for another 80, but only 1 scoop of Low-Carb Metabolic Drive.

Ice would have really helped me wolf it down slower, damn that tasted good.

Back when I was still doing shakes this was mine.

-2 scoops 25g Chocolate Protein Powder
-1-2 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
-2 Cups low carb Milk, or 1 cup whole 1 cup Low Carb
-1 Banana
-Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup

*Blend together until all ingredients blended together.
*Add 1 cup Ice or more if needed and Blend again.

Pretty basic but Absolutely Taste Bud tingling good!!

Wanted to revive this thread.

My latest dessert that I’m having every night while sticking to the ole keto diet.

Box of sugar free jello+1 scoop of natural flavored (I use Grow! Whey) whey.

Prepare like jello.

The jello hardens the same and its a tasty dessert with a protein kick.

My current favorite is peach. Kinda of a peaches n cream type flavor, very tasty.

could someone PM me that link to the PB and eggs that swole did and the famous CW shake?

is PB and eggs just scrambled eggs and pb on top? Also there was no way to find the CW shake everyone was talking about on here…

Not sure aboutthe CW shake, but our premise was the same…vegetables and other random shit make for a tasty shake.

4 - 5 frozen strawberries (you can sub fresh but you’d have to add ice)
1 - 2 whole bananas
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 scoops of chocolate whey
1 glass of milk/water

This thing is flavorgasm.
