Not until tomorrow. I’m going to hang on to 43 as long as I can.

Wow, that’s as heavy as Sheiko. Have you looked at it? If you like that much volume, you’ll love Sheiko.[/quote]
I’ve thought about it a lot but I can’t figure out how to do and it AND fit in the heavy singles I need.

Well, the way I’ve been doing it is to do one Sheiko cycle for a month, then retest max singles, then do another cycle based off the new figures. I also ran across a Sheiko 3 month cycle which has you doing max singles at the end. Do you need max lifts more often?

Yeah, it takes me a while to readjust to heavy singles so I do them constantly.

One of the kids that is always in the gym asked how I was doing because I was sitting against the wall trying to catch my breath and I said “It’s nothing that a energetic threesome and a roast beef sandwich won’t fix,” and he actted like I had said something inappropriate.

lol~ I must use that line.
Conrats on the good squat session and Happy Birthday!

I will be having an epic cheat meal tonight for my birthday and then its time to tighten up the eatting. I’ve been a little lax with it to help recover from the meet but after tonights orgy its time to put the breaks back on.
It’s also time to try and ramp up the intensity while I have a break from meets for a bit. Would be really helpful to finish out the year strong.
You deserve it brother…chow down, give yourself the weekend, and then start!
Hey, happy birthday!
Happy b’day and enjoy the orgy <=== hell of a b’day present. Beats getting a new shirt.
Thank guys, thought it will be a food orgy sadly.

One more rep on 235 would have been a PR but form was starting to degrade and my hips were threatening to leave the bench so I racked it. All in all a decent day.
Happy Birthday. Good for you that you have not yet reached the point where the roast beef sandwich looks juicier than the threesome.
Joe glad i wandered in HAPPY BIRTHDAY ![]()
nice work-good pressing
happy birthday
Birthday wishes! 44 is awesome. Lots of PRs coming this year for you. I feel it.
Happy birthday! Aren’t you supposed to do something like one rep per year?

I did something like that last year and I considered it this year but I decided to stick to my program as I always have a problem with adding things in. Nest year I hope to do 45 bench, 45 deads and 45 squats with 225. Then I’ll need a doctor.

The only issue with this sort of thing is remembering what you did the day before.
Moderation (n) - the state or an instance of being moderate; mildness; balance…i.e. another way a saying ‘I don’t eat enough!!!’
Sorry
I get fueled up in the morning and occasionally start to rant aimlessly, especially when I don’t have schoolwork to keep me occupied

You could always keep a log. ![]()
PS: I have started to add pull ups/chins into my everyday doings. My shoulders seems to feel better because of it (strangely enough).
