Which week is this? How many sets did you need for all those?

I started this one at 15 reps.
These I broke into three sets for the chins as I will be pressing later today. Got to go easy on the shoulders.
Where do you do the chins? at your job…I know you have done this before, but this is great idea, perfect for active recovery which was discussed in FB’s 10 day off thread…

Yep, as the numbers go up I can spread them out over more time if I need to.
Day 1- Manpon Press
8x135
5x185
5x225
3x245
1x255
CGB
8x135
8x185
4x205
V-bar Pulldowns
12x185
12x205
9x220
BB Shrugs
13x135
13x225
13x245
13x275
Ghetto T-bars
13x45
13x80
13x105
13x140
7x175
16x125
Some fool lost the narrow v-bar so I had to grip the bar with my hands for the t-bars. Oddly today was pretty exhausting.
Has there been a run on knee wraps lately? I’m trying to buy convicts and its like buying a unicorn.

When you go through the order process it says they are out of stock.
bastards.
EDIT: Ordered some Metal All Blacks until I can get some Convicts.
Five Week Challenge
24 push ups
24 chins
Just FYI prowristwraps or APT has been kinda out of business for awhile.
I’ve heard Inzer Grippers and True Blacks are pretty good. Grippers, I’ve also heard from some not the most comfortable and can pinch due to the Yellow rubber gripping material.

Damn, I’ve heard really good things about the convicts.
Obviously you thought it was good enough to give it another go, but save my lazy ass from having to trawl back through your log Joe and remind me what your thoughts were on the 60 day challenge?
I’ve just started a similar thing myself, push ups and pull ups everyday (I wan’t to get me some arms) does it work?

I think its a really good idea and it, according to others, did good things for my shoulders.
The convicts are great but as lil power stated APT has been dying a slow death for awhile. I have been pretty happy with the Elite make of wraps so far. My heavy duty wrist wraps are the bomb, shit I had no problem with my 730 two board last week despite having a slightly sprained wrist…

you should be; good work
That is a whole lotta volume. Wow.
Happy birthday!
Wow, that’s as heavy as Sheiko. Have you looked at it? If you like that much volume, you’ll love Sheiko.
