Outstanding true-grit moments on the squats. My hat’s off to you.

I made it back to my office and now I am celebrating with two pastrami sandwiches.

The word of the day is “recovery”. Get really good at it, and then let me know how to do it.
I’ve heard…lots of good food, maybe a few sups, a lot of rest, a little laughter, and of course “spousal support”. I’m probably forgetting something.
Really great job!

Supreme effort Joe…awesome freakin job!!! I started woozy just reading it!

Good work, Joe. Finishing this program will be a great accomplishment.

It WAS a PR! It doesn’t matter when you test it. You squatted it, it is yours!
The 405, though it was a quarter squat, I know you have it and more. You were exhausted, next time you test you will totally get over 405

Congratulations on surviving the first phase old man. Way to go testing your max after a crap ton of volume.

Crazy

Fricken impressive.

I just fried my CNS and pulled my groin reading this log. Crazy tuff stuff.

Dropped in to see how the 10x3 BP went…it appears all is well…good work banging out 30 reps at 240!!!
