Got light head towards the end of the third squat set. Thought I was going to voimit towards the end of the fourth set. This was pretty freaking rough. Need to ramp up motivation to finish strong.

Frenchie, I thought you would be interested in this little tidbit I figured out this morning since we’ve been talking about Sheiko etc.
I did my calculations on a 1RM of 355 a little over there weeks ago.
On Friday I have to do 10x3x330 which is 93% of that 1RM
Today’s training is trying to force myself to eat enough so that the Thursday/Friday combo doesn’t crush me.

My advice would be to not attempt Smolov on a comeback but get back into your groove before you try it, if you ever do.
Progress Report
Today is the first day I’ve had a rest day between lifting and still feel beat up. Its not bad, it just feels like I lifted yesterday instead of Tuesday.
Only today and tomorrow left in the base mesocycle so I’ll get a bi of a break.

Well today I have to squat 7x5x315 as well. The day 3/day 4 back to back combo is this part of Smolovs worst bit.
