My legs do not grow, but they do get continously densier. Soon they will be like marble.

Joe, you are about the hardest worker I’ve yet seen. Marble legs FTW!

When I’m not particularly suited for something but I want to do it anyway I just try and keep my head down and moving forward. I usually do okay that way, but its never spectacular.

We’re the ten-year overnight sensations, we are. Without the sensational part.

On Sunday I tweaked my mid-back a little. It was no big deal on Tuesday but today at teh slightly higher weight it was noticable. I really hope it doesn’t stiffen up tonight.

Also it seems that D-aspartic turns me into an enormous horndog.

Why don’t you try to hit the hot tub tomorrow or schedule a massage?

Oh no! You didn’t finally break down and grab an ass, did you?

That is the soldier coming out in you… This is damn good to follow!

Smolov has not broken you if you still have a drive

are you taking it straight? who suggested it to you?

congrats on hitting all that volume with your PRs!

Have figured out yet that Smolov is a four letter word in Russian.

I think it means: Holy fuck, shit, piss, motherfucker and goddamn this shit is deep! <—all in one word.

Well thats what I thought when I did it.

Just an FYI you need to cycle the D-aspartic to keep it effective. Like on 4 weeks off 2 weeks repeating.
