Nationals.

I was a grumpy ass last night but I’m over it. I am dissappointed about the Arab meet but my wife does give on a lot of things and its not fair if I don’t do that as well.

I’m going to sit down this weekend and reset my goals for nationals where I am going to absolutely crush my previous numbers.

I seemed off balance the whole session. The bar never felt stable . I managed to push through it but everything today was hard. Shoulder is achey and annoying.

Thanks, I think I’m about at the end of the weight PRs though. I’m probably pretty close to needing to reset and work my reps for a bit.

I stick right about where 2 board hits3-4 inches off the chest. Mostly though i love how it pounds my tris without killing my elbows.
