bah - then grab a plane and head for Mojito country. You’ve been working hard for the past months. I suspect even you might need a deload once in a while.

Strong training Joe. You have great balance with your pulling/pushing strength. Should help to keep your shoulders healthy (for an old, busted guy).

Thanks, I got that most from reading posts of yours and realizing I needed lots more pulling.

Ab rollouts ARE hard. Good on you for doing them.

Joe, I wouldn’t want to work out at a college gym either. All the boys would be young enough to be my sons and that would freak me out.

Great lifting. I’m loving the 405 deadlift.

Yes, ab rollouts suck. Hard. But young chicks at the gym are… wait for it… AWESOME!

Had an outstanding day in the gym but I have to say theres nothing like a swarm of attractive young women to make you realize how old and busted you are.

Ab roll outs aren’t that bad. Man up.

I’m with you on the young women thing. I hate those perky little bitches.

Most of that is just the 5/3/1 progression really. If you do it right you should be either hitting rep or weight PR’s pretty often.
