Most likely true.
i also stood over the bar too long “thinking” about it. I’m generally at my best when I just dive right in.
KB’s are fun, glad to see someone else picking up the habbit.
Nice pulling, Joe.
What sort of KB conditioning work are you thinking about?

There were no spotters available for my money set so I only did one rep. Then 270 came up fairly easy so I put 255 back on and got two reps without a spotter. Might have been my best pressing day in a very long time.
Great work Joe and congrats on the rep PR! It’s always nice to see progress.

Very, very tired.
Joe you definitely seem to have the most consistent, steady progress of anyone on here. You seem to get a PR of some sort every other session.
I’ve got to say you’re very nearly selling 5/3/1 to me.
…but not quite.
Every time I check on your log you are scoring PR’s!
Great job on that 365 squat. No time to rest, you wanted it!
Bench is coming up nicely. Great way to start a new year.

I tend to hit waves of PR’s and then go for a long time without when I reset.

Nice work on that squat Joe.

Great work in here! Congrats on the squat PR. Feb 2012 looks like it will be a good month!

For some reason, I’m not a fan of this program on paper (yes! I’ve read the e-book). But you do seem to make really convincing progress. I might actually give this program a go when I’m able to return to lifting . . . which is still quite some time.
In the meantime, I just love reading how you’re moving forward.
