You too hope you get all the best presents.

Joe, have a wonderful holiday!

Sat- Holiday training

Just a bunch of pressing and HS machine work.

Started building my kettlebell collection yesterday for conditioning work when the weathers bad.

Damn the PRs just keep on rolling, now I see you have a .5 on the 365, are you purposely just going down half way? Why not just give it a shot and if you cant get it up dump it? Im sure you would get it.

Oooh nice!!

Seriously, always PRs up in this place. Great stuff, Joe!

Hilarious on the insurance card taped to you. HAHAH!

Damn Joe- 4 PR’s in one session…!! keep rockin’ it

Nice job.
I find 2-board tough since it is right in the dead zone. The gains are testament to your hard work.

I hope so because I was a paragon of it this last weekend.

2-board drives me crazy. At first I thought I would be using weights heavier than my normal bench but right now its only marginally so.

I find this is true for the majority of lifters. My 2 board always gives me an indication of where my strength is at w/o tearing up my shoulders.

Wanted 6 reps on the money set but form was getting away from me so I shut it down. I lost 425 just under the knee. To be honest I didn’t put up much of a fight figuring I’ll live to fight another day. I’m going to try 430 at the end of next cycle.
