Oh geez, there’s walnut cracking in here too?
Glad you’re feeling a wee bit better with the cold and all - good job getting it in! And a great session too boot. Nice job.
I hope you have a great Xmas, Joe! Santa hats FTW!

Have you considered doing speed pulls on those days when the heavy stuff won’t go?

I have been thinking of it a lot actually. The thing is I keep reading that you shouldn’t do speed pulls after wroking sets because you aren’t really pulling as quickly as you can.
PRs all over the place!! That cold had nothin on you!
nice work joe- a press, squat rep pr and some good pulls
and I saw all the HS stuff too you sly dog
what if you do the speed work on ‘squat’ day.
hope you’ve got this virus beat!
I agree about not doing speed work after heavy attempts. I think you would be safe to do volume work but you’re right about not pulling as strongly as you would if you were fresh.
Solid work as always!

Gym was deserted and had no spotter so I had to play it safe. Should have been good for another rep on the money set and might could have hit 270. Maybe next time.

Toot, Toot the PR Train keeps rolling!! Great work, Joe…

and got your envelope. Your place must be all set up for the holidays, right?
Nice PR’s Joe. No spotter on bench day always made me nervious too. Your bench numbers seem to be moving along nicely.
