This is also going to sound stupid but I think its really hitting my quads like nothing I’ve ever done. The sled sprints in particular.
Brah you dont even have to work out your legs anymore and they still will get swoleski!
Man I need some of your PRs, im so stuck in a rut especially with my deads, I have to relearn the movement.

Its funny but no matter how my squat and other leg stuff goes up my quads get no bigger.

Reading this log makes me want a sled. But I really don’t think my neighbors would understand.
Solid lifting in here, as always. Hypertrophy is a different ballgame from the powerlifting. Have you thought about mixing in some bodybuilding type workouts, given your 2012 goals?

I have been slowly adding in some higher rep stuff and I think I’m going to continue with that.
