I like it a lot.
I start off pretty loose and then tighten as I move into singles. As an aside, since I started doing it my knees have ached less than they did before.

Felt really strong goping in and thought I’d blow up my two board press. Didn’t happen and I’m pretty disappointed. Time to regroup and refocus I guess.
Do very heavy partials to the pins(where you squat only 3-4 inches) do multipule sets of 5 they are a lot better than walkouts for what your describing you want out of these. Load the bar 100lbs over your max squat to start with.
