Now I just wish that would spread to the important lifts.
Great to see the PRs and all the chins + pushups. I bought the ‘Convict Conditioning’ book on Kindle and if you want any ideas how to change up the chins and pushups let me know.
42 pushups
42 chins
I have a feeling I am going to kill it on upperbody today.

I’d love the ideas. In theory you are supposed to cycle various pushup/chin combos through multiple 60 day cycles.
PRs being set is always good. I also think that the bodyweight work will eventually carry over to overall strength even if there’s not a 1:1 correlation between the two. You’re doing really well and each session takes you that much closer to a new 1RM.

Thanks, mostly I’m just trying to keep my momentum going.

I tend to go through spurts where I get a lot and then don’t see any for long stretches.
A 20lb PR on anything pressing related is no joke. Is your weight on the way up as well?
