Thanks Kimba: It wasn’t very long ago that BBB was too much for me–it still kind of is, but I’m getting better at it. It must be the endurance athlete in me, but I enjoy seeing my capacity for work increase just as much as I like seeing the strength increases. And yes, we have an econo GHR from elitefts. What we save on gym membership we spend on gym equipment. Our big purchases besides the rack, bar, and weights have been the GHR and the prowler.

Training
11 1/2 hours seated at my desk or in the driver seat of my car left me arriving home late and ultimately bailing on gymnastics last night. I was tired and sore, but crap, now I have to wait another week to go. Stupid, stupid, stupid. So, I did nothing yesterday.
Today, another long day seated at my desk and working. I have to argue a case tomorrow, which I’m a little nervous about. It’s a tough panel,and although it is a part of my job, formal public speaking is not my favorite thing. May it please the court, I should have been a librarian.
Training today–a sluggish 4 mile run. Tommorrow, there will be squatting.
