Are you planning on doing the American Challenge PL meet, in June?

Wednesday May 8, 2012: Skipped workout
Today is a scheduled “back-off” deadlift workout, however my schedule’s not cooperating and I’m feeling like I need to extra recovery so I’m skipping it altogether.
