Last meal of the day was a huge roast dinner, I ate way too much (I just love a good roast)

You just made me so hungry just mentioning roast dinner. I just got home from work to find out the kids had Pizza but the greedy little buggers ate it all and didn’t leave me any!!

Unexpected jump, didn’t have anything out of the ordinary yesterday… was expecting my weight to slowly drop back down.

Not sure why the drop, I got all my food in yesterday plus a cheeky doughnut! Fluids may have been a bit low but not by much

The weight gain has slowed quite a bit this last week or 2, according to my tracking app I’ve gained 0.2kg this last week going off my average weight.

I’ll see how things go over the next week but it could be time for another calorie increase.

Do you think the change in TRT is helping with the weight ?

Possibly! I know when I first started TRT and my testosterone levels moved towards normality, Fat loss was really accelerated… now my levels have gone from 19nmol/L to 27.5 nmol/L so maybe that is effecting things a little.

Had my 4 week follow up appointment today, and my blood test results. Overall Doc is happy, and I’m feeling a lot better in myself so thats good, and most of the low T symptoms have gone!

Only changed made is HCG changing from 200iu eod to 100iu ed… same dose but micro dosed even more.

Blood results:

Test: 27.5 nmol/L
Free Test: 0.539 nmol/L
Prolactin: 412 mIU/L (slightly elevated)
SHBG: 40.5 nmol/L
Estrogen: GP didnt do the test for whatever stupid reason!

All numbers are good, test on the higher side of the average range. Prolactin is slightly up but Dr isn’t worried, hoping the HCG change will lower this.

Screw it, I will be making an adjustment, adding 100-150 cals per day seems reasonable just to help things along!

Strangely enough though, I ate really well yesterday! Took the Missus out for the day for our Anniversary, we went to York and had a walk around the old city walls, visited the Minster and walked around the old shambles.

Only thing out of the ordinary that I ate was some Japanese food for dinner, everything else was to plan, so I don’t think I went over my normal calories massively!

Maybe the Japanese food was a little salty ?? Could be water.

I seem to have found my new maintenance level, weight has held pretty steady on average for the last couple of weeks. Undecided whether to just sit here for a little while before cutting off some of the fluff I’m carrying, or push my weight up a little more first!

I’ll mull it over at the weekend and make my mind up.
